			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As stated earlier in the last post about the Chinmaya Chakra points in the last post we will go into the Chinmaya points(chakras)  deeply.</p>
<p><strong>Chinmaya Chakras In our Body</strong>:<br />
1.Center of the head. 2.Intersect point of two eye brows. 3.Center of hands. 4.Heart 5.Breathing</p>
<p><em><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">1.Center of the head:</span></strong></em></p>
<p>The center of the head is activated first in the meditation the center of the head is activated first.  Blood travels from this point and travels to all parts of the body. So the center of the head is considered as one of the vitalest points in the meditation. As per the <em>shasthras </em>(governing laws), this point is considered as residence of <em><strong>Bhramha</strong></em> (The god for creation in the Hindu Mythology).</p>
<p><em><strong>Bhramha </strong></em>is also considered as one of the three main gods of the Hindu Mythology. In the meditation, this point is meant for attainment peace. As it is nature for the lord <em><strong>Bhramha.</strong></em></p>
<p>By doing this <em>Chakra </em>activation and practising meditation can make a person&#8217;s right brain activated and Blood Pressure can also be put into control.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><em><strong>Activation Of the Chakra:</strong></em></span></p>
<p>The Chakra Should be activated by following these steps:</p>
<p>1.Take a deep breath</p>
<p>2.Close Your eyes</p>
<p>3.Touch the center of the head 5 minutes once</p>
<p>4.Chant <em>Sarva Siddhi Manthra </em>for 3 times</p>
<p>5.You will feel something is falling or passing around your head</p>
<p>6.<em>Bhramha Chakra </em>is activated</p>
<p><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Guidelines:</strong></span></em></p>
<p>1.Do after taking a bath.</p>
<p>2.Do not do after eating full your stomach.</p>
<p>3.Drink lots of water after the meditation.</p>
<p>4.Donot eat anything before half an hour before the meditation (Except water)</p>

<p><strong>Guidelines</strong>:<br />
1.The Meditation must be started only after bath. 2.Before Eating only the meditation must be done. 3.Meditation can be started after drinking a glass of water or milk. 4.Meditator must not sit in bare land. Must sit only on a seat. 5.Donot wear black. 6.While doing meditation we can listen to melodious music or Vedha Manthras</p>
<p><strong>Steps</strong> :<br />
1.Tell &#8220;AA&#8221; for three times. 2.Take deep breath for three times. 3.Slowly close your eyes. 4.Focus your mind in first Chinmaya Chakra for 2-3 minutes. 5.After finishing first Chakra Meditation take deep breath for 3 times. 6.Now slowly open your eyes. 7.Now focus your mind on secound Chinmaya Chakra. 8.It must be done only for 1 minute. DONOT DO MORE THAN ONE MINUTE. 9.Slowly open your eyes. 10.Do the same steps for other chakras also<br />
<strong>Benifits:</strong> 1.By doing this meditation we can get rid of diseases. 2.It is good for Asthma/Veesing Patients. 3.It is good for getting rid of Stress,Anxiety and other mental Problems. 4.Lastly,It gives us good concentration.</p>
